Redactionele duiding
Editorial interpretation: Read the cathedral as an accumulation of structures rather than a single building campaign. The relationship between crypt, eastern arm and nave offers a clear framework for considering how additions changed the church over time.

Check the responsible institution’s current visitor arrangements, conservation closures and accessibility before travelling. Confirm which parts are open and follow local guidance, including worship and photography rules where applicable.
